Cancellation, Refund and Late Arrival Policy
At Go Go Ranch, we value punctuality and careful scheduling to ensure all guests receive the best possible experience. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the following cancellation, refund, and late arrival terms.
Cancellations and Refunds
All bookings made with Go Go Ranch are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, missed bookings, early departures, or unused time, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
- No refunds will be issued once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been received.
- No-shows will forfeit the full booking amount.
- Unused portions of a booking are non-refundable.
- Weather conditions do not qualify for refunds once your booking time has commenced.
Postponements and Rescheduling
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Customers may request to postpone or reschedule their booking subject to the following conditions:
- Each booking may be postponed or rescheduled a maximum of three (3) times.
- All postponement requests are subject to availability.
- Requests should be made as early as possible before the scheduled booking time.
- After the third postponement, no further changes will be permitted and the booking will be forfeited if not attended.
Late Arrival Policy
Guests are required to arrive on time for their scheduled booking.
- Your booking will begin and end at the scheduled time, regardless of your arrival time.
- Late arrivals will lose the amount of time they are late.
- We are unable to extend bookings due to late arrival, as this may affect other scheduled guests.
- If you arrive excessively late and there is insufficient time remaining for the experience, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
Refund Processing
As all bookings are non-refundable, refund processing will only occur where required by applicable South African law.
Consumer Protection Act (CPA)
This policy is intended to comply with the South African Consumer Protection Act (Act 68 of 2008). Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that consumers may have under applicable law.
