By booking and using Go Go Ranch facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Facility Usage and Safety

2.1 General Safety Rules

• •Appropriate swimwear must be worn in water areas
• •Running, pushing, or rough play is prohibited in all areas
• •Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited

Visitors with medical conditions, pregnant women, or those with limited mobility should consult their physician before using our facilities. Inform staff of any relevant medical conditions.

3. Liability and Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Go Ranch from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our facilities, including claims arising from your negligence or violation of these terms.

4. Property and Personal Belongings

• •Lockers may be available but their use does not create a bailment relationship
• •Valuable items should not be brought to the facility

5. Booking and Payment

• •Bookings are non-transferable
• •Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

6. Right of Admission and Removal

We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the premises who:

• •Behaves in a manner that endangers themselves or others
• •Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• •Engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior

No refund will be given in cases of removal from the premises.

7. Photography and Media

By entering Go Go Ranch, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform staff upon arrival.

8. Weather and Facility Closures

• •In case of closure, you may reschedule or receive a refund as per our Refund Policy
• •We are not liable for any consequential losses due to facility closures

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website and at our facilities remain the property of Go Go Ranch. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

11. Emergency Procedures
